So as others have professed an interest, inspite of the vast improvement I saw after giving the intake side a thorough clean, I have notoiced a couple things...
the tank, which was modofied and brazed in the process, seems to have perhaps **** at the braze... This may have led to a slight "dampness) which may have contributed to the filth accumulating ...( How funny, the webhost has an issue with quacked ( use your noodle)... !!!)
I just got my injectors back from a service. Really happy I bothered TBH. They test them before and after. Mine has a better spray pattern but significantly, an improved flow rate...+20cc/min inact. I know the fuel additive might be beneficial but does it test them, show you the result, and service filters and o-rings into the bargain...? Good service here i the UK. Fast turnaround postal service, two injectors, less than £35...
Anyway...I feel vindicated in my assertion about the value of a sonic clean....!!
