To keep the forum going, I will post a picture of my bike with some of the parts I made with the 3D-printer, if anyone is interested.
You will notice that none of these parts are made with aestethics in mind, but rather function.
In the picture you can see a "Bug Shield" for the Tomtom, I didn't want it to be filled with dead bugs when I put it in my pocket or use it on the table. It works in both GPS orientations.
On the l/h side of the engine there is an airscoop to improve the rear cylinder cooling. I did it mostly as a test of what can be done and if it would hold up against the heat and vibrations. Which it did, however I do not use it now since it is in the way when looking at the dipstick oil temp meter.
On the clock, there is a glare shield whch also houses the oil pressure warning light. I think both are worthwhile.
Between the handlebar clamps is a small wedge-shaped holder for a KOSO meter, ambient temp, voltage and time.
On the right hand handlebar end is the holder for the Scottoiler display.
All those three parts are held on by 1mm double-sided adhesive tape, the Scottolier holder also by two straps.
