Ready for a Woolich tune
« on: »
First time posting, life time info troll.
Post is more of an FYI so I’ll get straight to it.. woolich racing tools now cater for our mt01 offering full ecu tune. What this means is we no longer have to go around hunting for stage 2 ecu’s , or send them away for a “flash”.. You can now have your o2 sensor, exup removed and have what ever air intake/exhaust setup that you wish. Not sure about prices around the world but in Australia it’s around $750. Just got my bike ready for one. Made up an exhaust from delkevic 280mm cans and 45 deg bent 50mm pipe. VBAK air intake with breathers on crank and IAC, airbox gone. Upped the richness but changing tps values via diag to 22-105 to get me by before tune. Second pic is not mine but same setup and more tidier CHEERS FELLAS https://www.woolichracing.com/default.aspx

  No- it's mine ! Its a stage 3 bike....

Im not convinced. Why would you mess with tps position..? Sounds like  a bit of a bodge tbh...

Because it’s running way too lean, so to compensate I shifted it slightly to richen the a/f until I get the tune.

Hi Tim, agree, the tps thing is a bodge. They dont run lean anyway. So Chimp, what is the state of tune of the engine and how did the reflash go?
