MT01 stage 2 Akrapovic full titanium exhaust

Just wondering how many MT01 bikes are around with the dealer fit stage 2 ECU & full titanium Akrapovic exhaust? mines kitted out with this set up, also wondering if it generates any extra power or brings any other ownership issues with it? Have to admit I do prefer the Akrapovic headers routing better than standard, any thoughts [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

Very few were dealer fitted as the kit was about 3k, I doubt if more than 1 in 30 have it and after it was discontinued several years ago there’s no chance of getting one new, as akro aren’t allowed to make any more due to an agreement with Yamaha. There’s only a small increase in power if you have the stage 2 ecu. It’s more about the looks and different noise. I have a stage 3 and that adds a little extra and allows a slightly higher rev limit but it’s still not a huge increase on stock. Just enjoy it’
