Sounds ace. I really must book a day off work to do the same at some point!

Cracking day at the Champions Flat Track School http://www.flattrackschool.co.uk

We were only riding diddy CRF100's but they were more than enough to get to grips with the lessons. It's amazing just how much grip a road tyre on hard pack dirt can have! Only one spill when getting to grips with the rear brake and absolutely knackered but well worth the 3.5 hour drive there and back.

I'll definitely be going again in preparation for my November trip to the Texas Tornado Bootcamp.

Morning All,

I'll be Oop Norf for some Flat Track training next weekend so i'll let you know how it goes. After going to DirtQuake last weekend i've got the itch to convert the old busted MT into a flat tracker...

It does seem to be difficult to find them. the nearest to me is Essex, but they don't seem to be too active. Donny seems to be the hub. I'd like to have a go to learn some new skills! Then maybe try the old MT!

I’ve been trying to find a gymkhana meet near me but not a lot on. Closest seems to be donnington but that’s on a night where I have my daughter so not ideal. They have a decent website and Facebook page for the uk.

Did you watch the 'no-hands' MotoG? Amazing what can be done on a bike.

Im planning a trip ooop norf (for me anyway) to do some Flat Track in a couple of months as i'm looking to book a Texas Tornado Bootcamp trip in November.

Just had to google Moto Gymkhana so shows how in tune I am! Watched some Japanese guy on Youtube looked incredible, love to have ago but not on the MT, in current set up I'd be doing 3 point turns :) Flat tracking looks fun too. This guy looks to have it tabbed!

Morning All,

Have any of you tried Moto Gymkhana or Flat Tracking? Both are appealing to me...
