Hi Guys, I think I have found the cause of the starter motor and relay failing. I have always thought the MT didn't start very well but put it down to a low battery as it doesn't get used much. Even after going on a trip and having a fully charged battery didn't make much difference though. Then the decompression solenoid has failed. After locating it via one of you very helpful guys (Tim, I think, sorry but I cannot see the post), you can manually operate the decompression lever, the bike turned over really easily and started with little effort. Now all I need is to spend around £270.00 on the solenoid. >:( Steve
